SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders will be sent using Australia Post. We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

Once your order is processed, we'll promptly send you an email containing your tracking number. Orders are typically processed on the next business day following your purchase. Please note that delivery times might experience delays during holiday periods or in the event of extreme weather conditions.
For a smooth delivery experience, we recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours from Monday to Friday. If no one is available during the delivery attempt, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest collection point, and a collection card will be left for your convenience.
If a parcel is returned to Ecensia Skincare due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was provided, the customer is responsible for the return and redelivery fee of $22. We encourage you to contact us at support@ecensiaskincare.com.au before the parcel is returned to our warehouse to communicate your preferences.
Authority To Leave:ย This gives the delivery driver the authority toย leaveย the freightย on premise if or when nobody is there to receive it.ย This overrides theย need to obtain a signature. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by Ecensia Skincare. We are not responsible for parcels left on premiseย that is exposedย to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is no where safe to leave a parcel or if the weather will cause damage to parcels left outdoors.
Signature Required:ย This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. If nobody is on premise to accept the freight, the freight will be allocated to the nearest Post office for collection. Ecensia Skincare is not responsible for the collection of your freightย from the pickup location.

Tracking your order with Australia Post:
Locate your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email we've sent you. Simply click on the tracking link within the email to be directed to Australia Post's tracking portal. Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number directly at: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
