Change of Mind

Regrettably, orders dispatched cannot be considered for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or defective product, we urge you to promptly contact our dedicated team at hello@ecensiaskincare.com.au within 14 days of the delivery date. This will initiate the return process for either a replacement or a refund. Please be advised that the return policy does not extend beyond 14 days from the order delivery date.

Refunds

Upon reception and meticulous inspection of your return, a confirmation email will be dispatched. Simultaneously, you will be promptly notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return meets the criteria for approval, the refund will be diligently processed. The credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Should you find yourself without the expected refund, we recommend commencing with a thorough check of your bank account. Following this, initiate contact with your credit card company, understanding that there may be processing delays on their end.

After these steps, kindly reach out to your bank, acknowledging that a processing duration is inherent before a refund is officially posted.
